At Military Uniform, we offer free shipping for all orders within the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Orders with in – stock inventory will be fulfilled within 2 – 3 business days (excluding holidays).
On rare occasions, you may encounter transit damages to merchandise or defects in manufacturing. Please ensure that you inspect your items thoroughly upon delivery. All items being shipped to a receiving address must be inspected upon receipt. Should your shipment incur any damages or defects, please contact our customer service team at

Tracking details for each order will be sent out via email. Please note we are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
All unframed artwork will now ship free within the contiguous United States. (Since there is no mention of shipping to Canada and Martha’s Vineyard in the context of Military Uniform, this part about additional fees for such shipments is removed as it doesn’t apply.)
Please note the measurements of the furniture you intend to purchase as well as all entryways, doorways, staircases, access points, etc., for delivery to ensure the item will fit in your space and have enough clearance to reach the intended room. You may reference our furniture measuring guide (if available) for helpful points to measure to ensure a smooth delivery.
Furniture is not available to ship to Hawaii. Please call +1 610 – 874 – 4871 for a quote to ship to Hawaii. Additional shipping charges may occur when shipping furniture items to certain states (MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, MA, KS, FL, MI, ID). However, since we offer free shipping, these charges do not apply in our current policy.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will be contacted to finalize a delivery window. Most deliveries occur Monday through Friday between 9 AM – 5 PM. Rural areas may have reduced delivery windows due to limited routes and may take longer than usual.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure items will fit inside entry points upon delivery of the item. Military Uniform will not be held responsible if the piece does not fit in the buyer’s home. If this situation occurs, customers are subject to a 20% restocking fee for the returned item pending approval from Military Uniform, in addition to any return shipping costs (but return shipping is free, so only the restocking fee applies). If a return is approved, furniture must be in its original packaging.
All items must be inspected upon delivery and provide a signature upon receipt. A bill of lading must be signed and serves as confirmation that the order has been inspected and approved. Any damage discovered must be noted on the bill of lading. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
White glove delivery includes a two – man delivery team, in – home placement in the room of your choosing (including one flight of stairs only), and removal of any packaging. Most furniture and oversized items will be delivered to your room of choice. For ease of delivery, please ensure the space is prepped for placement of your order prior to delivery. Please note, our white glove delivery service does not include the removal of any existing furniture.
Please be sure to check your building’s insurance requirements prior to placing your order. If we are unable to meet the full requirements upon delivery, furniture items will only be deliverable to the front doorstep. Military Uniform makes every effort to offer white glove delivery in most instances; however, it is not guaranteed.
Certain items including furniture, art, lighting, accessories, decor, and more may be available as ‘ready to ship’ items. This means that items will be packaged for shipping within 2 – 4 weeks of your order date and leave our facility at 200 Saville Ave, Eddystone, PA within that timeframe. The 2 – 4 week timeline for order preparation does not include transit time, which can take an additional 1 – 3 weeks. Lead times and ready to ship items are updated as frequently as possible to most accurately reflect the current availability of our products. Please note all lead times are subject to change and are estimates. Made to Order items and items that display a backorder date are not considered ‘ready to ship’.
Local delivery is available within a 50 – mile radius from 200 Saville Ave, Eddystone, PA. The delivery is free (since we offer free shipping for all). To determine eligibility, simply select local delivery at checkout and enter your postal code.
We offer same day and next day delivery for free within a 10 – mile radius from our Eddystone, PA store location.
All items must be stocked at the qualifying location in order for this delivery option to appear during checkout. Please note that furniture, large rugs, artwork, and most lighting do not qualify for same day delivery. Should your order be placed outside of normal business hours, the delivery will be made the next day.
In – store pickup is available for many of our items and is dependent upon stock availability. All items must be available at your selected store in order to check out with in – store pickup. Product availability for each store location is displayed on individual product pages, where applicable.
